Prices assume a standard property with reachable cable runs. Long runs, scaffolding or brickwork over 12 metres high may add to the cost — we will tell you at the survey, before you commit to anything.
What every install includes
We fit the same way on a small job as on a large one. Cable is run in trunking or under the eaves, holes are sealed, and we tidy up before we leave.
Ask us to show you the live view on your own phone before we pack up. If a camera is pointed somewhere you do not like, we move it there and then.

We walk the property with you, work out the blind spots and agree where each camera goes. Takes about 30 minutes.
Step two
Fixed written quote
You get the full price by email the same day, itemised. No deposit, and no pressure to book on the spot.
Step three
Install day
One engineer, most jobs done in a day. You pay when it is working and you are happy with the views.

Do I need to be at home for the install?
Yes, for at least the start and the end. We need to agree the camera positions with you and show you the system working before we leave.
Will it work with my broadband?
The cameras record to the box in your house whether the internet is up or not. You only need broadband to watch live or pull clips from your phone while you are out.
Can I film the street or my neighbour’s garden?
If your cameras capture anything beyond your own boundary, UK data protection rules apply to you. We set the privacy masking up, put the right signage in place, and give you a short written guide.
What if a camera fails later?
Parts and labour are covered for three years. Call us and we will come out. Outside the warranty, repairs are charged at our hourly rate plus parts.
Can you take over a system someone else installed?
Usually. If the cabling is sound we can often reuse it and just replace the cameras or the recorder, which keeps the cost down.
